2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using QRTOGRAPHY, you agree to these terms. If you are using QRTOGRAPHY on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use QRTOGRAPHY.

3. Demonstration environments

QRTOGRAPHY demonstration environments are provided to show the general capability of the software. Unless expressly stated otherwise, demonstration records, codes, links, workspaces, systems and examples are synthetic and provided for demonstration purposes only.

You must not upload, enter, scan, store or disclose confidential client information, personal data, live project data, production system links, security credentials or commercially sensitive information into a demonstration environment unless this has been expressly authorised in writing.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out using your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission.

We may suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe that the service is being misused, accessed unlawfully, used in breach of these terms, or used in a way that may compromise security or availability.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use QRTOGRAPHY:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • to upload or transmit malicious code, malware or harmful content;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to any account, system, database or network;
  • to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service;
  • to reverse engineer, copy, scrape or extract the service except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing;
  • to submit data that you do not have the right to use or disclose;
  • to misrepresent the origin, ownership or status of any code, identifier, link, document or system.

6. QR codes, identifiers and links

QRTOGRAPHY is designed to resolve codes, identifiers or scanned values to one or more digital destinations. The accuracy, suitability and availability of those destinations depends on the configuration, data and external systems connected to the service.

You are responsible for checking that any codes, labels, identifiers, resolver profiles, mappings and destination links are accurate and appropriate before relying on them in any operational, commercial, safety-related or production context.

7. No safety-critical reliance

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, QRTOGRAPHY is not provided as a safety-critical, emergency, operational control, engineering assurance or regulatory compliance system.

You must not rely on QRTOGRAPHY as the sole source of information for safety-critical decisions, operational control, isolation, maintenance, inspection, commissioning, emergency response or regulatory compliance.

8. Intellectual property

QRTOGRAPHY, including its software, design, user interface, documentation, trade names, branding, structure, workflows and related materials, is owned by CISLO Solutions Ltd or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use QRTOGRAPHY for the purpose for which access has been provided.

Demo data remains synthetic unless expressly stated otherwise. You must not use QRTOGRAPHY to copy, upload or expose third-party confidential information, client data or materials unless you have the right to do so.

9. Confidentiality

You must not disclose confidential or non-public information obtained through QRTOGRAPHY unless you are authorised to do so. This includes private workspace configurations, resolver mappings, system links, audit records, user details and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

10. Third-party systems and links

QRTOGRAPHY may link to or interact with third-party systems, websites, document stores, model viewers, asset systems or other digital destinations. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content or terms of those third-party systems.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of QRTOGRAPHY from time to time. Demonstration environments may be changed, reset or removed without notice.

We do not guarantee that QRTOGRAPHY will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Disclaimer

QRTOGRAPHY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties, representations or conditions that may otherwise apply to the service.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, CISLO Solutions Ltd will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, indirect loss, consequential loss, or loss arising from reliance on incorrect, incomplete, unavailable or misconfigured links, codes, identifiers, records or third-party systems.

14. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, compromise security, or where access is no longer required or authorised.

15. Privacy

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
